Job Summary

Focused on business automations and AI applications, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage end-to-end product execution, define roadmaps, and deliver business outcomes while collaborating closely with engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain backlog hygiene and lead agile ceremonies to ensure sprint readiness and maximize engineering velocity
• Own project delivery timelines, actively identifying and eliminating blockers and dependencies
• Formulate and prioritize product roadmaps using data-driven insights and manage stakeholder expectations with transparent communication

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis in agile environments
• Proven ability to leverage product analytics and business KPIs for roadmap prioritization and measuring post-launch value
• Exceptional skills in backlog grooming, user story writing, and engineering partnership
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows to enhance productivity and product discovery
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional initiatives
