Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and growth of dealer services, the full-time Senior Product Owner will drive adoption of existing services and launch new offerings for automotive dealerships in Canada, working remotely from Quebec.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and business results for a portfolio of dealer services
- Increase adoption of existing dealer services and define best practices for dealership processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact services and ensure stable operations and support processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in dealership operations or a dealer-facing role
- Hands-on expertise in BDC, F&I, or service and customer retention
- Proven track record of launching or growing services sold to dealers
- Strong understanding of dealership economics and CRM/DMS tools
- Bilingual in French and English with Canadian automotive retail experience
