Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the temporary Senior Product Owner will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an Enterprise Knowledge Management platform remotely, focusing on product vision, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery for a duration of 9 to 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, delivery backlog, and prioritization, translating business needs into actionable user stories and workflows
- Design and enhance the EKM ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and Power BI dashboards to track content quality and compliance
- Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, and drive delivery through agile practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5+ years of SharePoint Online configuration experience and content management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable low-code technologies
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing business requirements and user stories for technical solutions
- Minimum 5+ years of experience operating in regulated environments, particularly in financial services or fintech
