Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
To drive product delivery in asset management, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure quality alignment between engineering outputs and business goals while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic roadmap items into detailed user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Serve as the primary contact for the engineering team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and resolving development roadblocks
- Collaborate with design and product management to ensure alignment of user stories with visual prototypes and review software builds for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Agile Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficiency in writing high-quality user stories and managing backlogs using tools like Jira or Aha
- Strong ability to interpret UI/UX design prototypes and translate them into technical implementation stories
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to bridge business and technical concepts
- Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of effective decision-making in tactical environments
