Job Summary

To drive product direction and enhance member access, the full-time salaried Senior Product Owner will manage the core scheduling platform, optimize conversion strategies, and collaborate with engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product direction and backlog for the core scheduling platform, ensuring effective scheduling capabilities for assessments and visits
• Drive scheduling conversion initiatives and implement structured optimization frameworks to enhance member outreach and conversion
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, including sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming, while representing the product area in executive planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 7-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a focus on high-visibility product areas
• Proven ability to turn data into product decisions through conversion funnel and cohort analysis
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile or Scrum environment
• Familiarity with healthcare data and understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling requirements
