Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Owning a product area and its scrum team end to end, the full-time remote Senior Product Owner will define problems, manage outcomes, and lead product launches while utilizing AI tools for design and workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Define product success metrics and manage the scrum team's backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Coordinate launch plans with marketing, sales, and client success, producing clear release content and training materials
- Utilize AI tools for wireframing, prototyping, and synthesizing customer feedback to enhance product usability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CRM or website platforms
- Hands-on experience with go-to-market strategies, including writing release content and training teams
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in product development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
