Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Driving engineering execution and delivery, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage backlog prioritization, resolve complex dependencies, and facilitate Agile ceremonies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with engineering leads to ensure well-structured work progresses toward launch commitments
- Actively manage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing new features, bug fixes, and operational improvements
- Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies to enhance team throughput and clarity
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Experience with complex SaaS workflows, preferably in the FinTech domain
- Hands-on proficiency with workflow tools like Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- CSPO, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
