Senior Product Owner
Job Summary
Driving engineering execution and delivery, the full-time Senior Product Owner will manage backlog prioritization, resolve complex dependencies, and ensure timely feature delivery in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leads to structure and progress work toward launch commitments
- Actively manage and prioritize the team backlog, balancing new features, bug fixes, and operational improvements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to enhance team throughput and clarity, while identifying and resolving roadblocks
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Experience with complex SaaS workflows, preferably in the financial, payroll, or HR domain
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- CSPO, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
