Job Summary
Managing the delivery of Workday Finance integration initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Owner will partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, drive project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain a prioritized engineering backlog while facilitating backlog refinement and priority sessions
- Gather requirements and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders to align with objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate project status and changes effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Delivery Management and/or Product Ownership
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and Finance and Accounting processes
- Experience with functional testing and backlog management
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead stakeholder meetings
