Job Summary
Leading the development of voice-based customer service solutions, the full-time Senior Product Owner for AI Platforms will define product vision, manage user stories, and ensure successful delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define overall product strategy and validation criteria while engaging with stakeholders for scope definition
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, driving Planning Increment objectives and analyzing product metrics for continuous improvement
- Act as the subject matter expert, modeling business workflows and advocating for product direction and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, specifically in Voice, Contact Center, or AI platforms
- Experience in consulting with strong relationship and account management skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Familiarity with agile and scrum development methodologies
