Job Summary
Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, the full-time Senior Product Owner - Healthcare will develop user-centered healthcare navigation solutions while working remotely and managing product strategy, backlog, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with Product Leadership to align product strategy and execution objectives
- Translating strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
- Experience building or supporting healthcare navigation or benefits navigation platforms
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered digital products
- Experience supporting Agile development teams through backlog management and sprint planning
