Senior Product Owner, Salesforce CPQ
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap and backlog for the Configure-Price-Quote platform, the full-time Senior Product Owner, Salesforce CPQ will lead discovery and solution design, mentor junior team members, and drive delivery with an offshore Salesforce development team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CPQ capability roadmap and prioritize enhancements, defects, and technical debt while defining success measures for the product area
- Lead sprint meetings with the offshore development team and manage release scope, readiness, and delivery risk
- Serve as the senior functional subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ, designing complex solutions and documenting business processes
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in IT business systems, business analysis, or product ownership supporting enterprise applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile/scrum environment with full backlog ownership
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex Quote-to-Cash or CPQ solutions in a multi-product environment
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; Salesforce certifications preferred
