Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with engineering teams, the full-time Senior Product Security Engineer will assess security risks of new products and features, develop threat models, and promote a security culture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Threat model application designs and provide security risk assessments across infrastructure and applications
• Cultivate and promote a security culture by mentoring teams and overseeing the vulnerability management program
• Build security tooling and automations to enhance the Product Security team's practices

Required qualifications

• Experience leading architectural changes to mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Ability to communicate security topics and provide actionable direction to product teams
• Record of partnering with engineering teams to address security challenges
• Working knowledge of modern development concepts, including containerization and CI/CD
• 3+ years of experience guiding software teams on secure architecture design (preferred)
