Senior Product Security Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the execution of the product security program, the full-time Senior Product Security Engineer will manage vulnerability remediation, run a bug bounty program, and collaborate with engineering teams on security design reviews in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the vulnerability management pipeline, including intake, triage, prioritization, and remediation across various teams
- Write and ship security fixes directly in codebases while evolving the AI security scanning and verification pipeline
- Run the HackerOne bug bounty program, managing reports, validations, and vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in application or product security with a background in software engineering
- Deep expertise in securing backend services and APIs, including OAuth 2.0/OIDC and MFA
- Experience in building and maintaining security tooling and automation
- Hands-on experience managing or triaging a bug bounty program
- Proven ability to influence engineering teams to prioritize and address security issues effectively
