Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of modern security processes and tooling, the full-time Senior Product Security Engineer will collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance security measures across platforms and services in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on threat modeling and secure implementation of product features, including key management and authentication methods
• Identify and triage security vulnerabilities in cloud and open-source environments, including low-level memory issues
• Implement and improve security assurance activities, including pentests, vulnerability assessments, and bug bounty programs

Required qualifications

• Experience in threat assessments and security advisory for distributed systems, including web and API assets
• Strong knowledge of cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related technologies like Kubernetes
• Experience with engineering security tools and processes, such as static/dynamic code analysis and software composition analysis
• Significant development and automation experience, preferably with C++
• Security as code mindset focused on automation and scalability
