Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time remote Senior Product Specialist will manage high-impact technical discussions and workshops, deliver strategic presentations to executive stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers in the identity security domain.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver roadmap presentations and strategic briefings tailored for C-suite and senior leadership audiences
- Lead technical discussions and workshops, providing expertise across authentication, fraud detection, and identity verification
- Capture customer insights and market trends to influence product strategy and long-term roadmap
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Broad technical fluency across authentication protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
- Exceptional professionalism and presence in building trust with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of MFA, fraud/risk engines, and identity verification technologies is a plus
