Job Summary
To support the Leasing technology group, the full-time remote Senior Product Specialist will manage broker relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure the accuracy of AI-extracted lease comp data while building foundational processes for a new function.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, managing confirmations and corrections of AI-extracted lease terms
- Develop and implement a broker-facing playbook to facilitate product adoption and streamline operations
- Evaluate AI-generated lease comp data, logging discrepancies and translating issues into actionable items for engineering
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leasing, tenant representation, or commercial real estate
- Hands-on knowledge of various lease types and experience with sourcing and verifying lease comps
- Proficiency with data and AI tools, including experience with dashboards and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating lease terms clearly to senior brokers
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership in early-stage projects
