Senior Product Specialist - Immunology

Job Summary

To accelerate portfolio growth across Thailand, the full-time Senior Product Specialist - Immunology will manage territory strategy, build key relationships with healthcare professionals, and lead evidence-based discussions to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own territory strategy and execution to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective resource allocation and call planning
• Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and manage priority accounts to enhance product adoption and patient access
• Translate launch strategies into actionable plans, ensuring successful product listing and sustainable sales growth in priority hospitals and healthcare institutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in specialty care, biologics, or KOL-driven markets is preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing key hospitals or accounts, with exposure to product launches being an advantage
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen to interpret evidence and engage effectively with healthcare professionals
