Senior Production Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance customer success, the full-time Senior Production Engineer will build advanced monitoring and incident mitigation tooling for realtime products while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Key responsibilities
- Build advanced monitoring and detection capabilities for workload performance and customer experience
- Improve service reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency through dependable solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with holistic monitoring and alerting of complex stateful systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Scala
- Experience with PostgreSQL or related managed databases
- BS degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
