Overseeing the successful delivery of agency projects, the full-time remote Senior Production Manager will manage large-scale project elements from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes while mentoring the Production team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage various elements of large-scale projects, collaborating with account teams to ensure flawless delivery
- Develop and reconcile project budgets exceeding $500k, ensuring financial targets are met
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, providing guidance and leadership to the project team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 - 7 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in experiential, sports, or entertainment fields
- Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and project execution
- Agency experience preferred
