Senior Productivity Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Productivity Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems to enhance the effectiveness of engineering teams across various departments while collaborating closely with engineers to identify and improve workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement systems for both human and agent users, focusing on CI/CD pipelines for high throughput
- Collect feedback and maintain situational awareness to iterate on tools and processes effectively
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Platform, Infrastructure, DevEx, or DevOps roles
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Go, and Typescript
- Significant experience with Linux administration and familiarity with Git
- Experience in startup environments and participating in engineering on-call rotations
- Ability to architect and ship complex systems independently
