Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

To support customer success, the full-time Senior Professional Services Consultant will ensure exceptional onboarding and implementation experiences for clients, providing strategic insights and managing project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation phases
• Deliver implementations on time while managing project milestones, budgets, and customer expectations
• Drive successful platform adoption and support existing customers with additional services post-launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building trust and developing client relationships while ensuring implementation excellence
• Experience with AI tools and techniques, particularly in configuring or piloting AI agents
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives and manage risks effectively
• Technical aptitude to understand complex product aspects and educate clients accordingly
