Senior Professional Services Consultant
Job Summary
To ensure the configuration of Mitchell products meets client needs, the full-time remote Senior Professional Services Consultant will gather and document requirements, configure and test products, and analyze results to validate business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document client business requirements through collaboration with internal and external resources
- Configure and test Mitchell products based on client specifications and analyze results to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Generate operational reports to assess the performance of auto casualty bill review operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the auto casualty claims management space, with familiarity in claims adjuster processes and bill review concepts
- Experience with DecisionPoint Medical Bill Review Software
- 5+ years of experience establishing custom business rules in a bill review application
- 3+ years in formal requirements gathering processes and testing/quality assurance
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and manage tasks effectively in a client-facing environment
