Senior Professional Services Engineer
Job Summary
To support client implementations, the full-time Senior Professional Services Engineer will install and configure software solutions remotely, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure software solutions at customer sites, ensuring adherence to defined methodologies and customer requirements
- Resolve technical issues and perform necessary tests to ensure proper implementation of the technical architecture
- Document project progress, provide updates to project managers and customers, and assist in the design of Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management projects
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a related occupation or job offered
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL and Oracle
- Familiarity with application servers like JBoss and IBM WebSphere
