Senior Professional Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Professional Services Specialist will act as a trusted customer advocate, delivering solutions and managing technical engagements remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer value.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver technical solutions with a customer-first mindset, ensuring successful implementation of Illumio's Zero Trust Segmentation platform
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, adapting existing approaches to meet diverse customer needs
• Collaborate effectively across teams, including Customer Success, Support, and Product Engineering, to drive measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Complete knowledge and practical application of principles and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical discipline
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer-facing deployments or technical engagements
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to support local customers and partners
• Solid foundation in networking and network security concepts
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments
