Job Summary
Supporting a high-impact healthcare modernization initiative, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage and enhance data extraction processes for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on site conversion activities in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on VA cutover extract processes and enhance extraction logic
- Provide hands-on support during pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live phases to ensure data accuracy for newly onboarded VA medical centers
- Analyze data discrepancies between legacy and new EHR systems, coordinating remediation activities with technical teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience (8 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree)
- 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale federal programs, particularly in data migration or healthcare IT
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing data extracts in complex healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare data domains related to EHR implementations
- Ability to lead activities across remote, multi-disciplinary teams under high-pressure timelines
