Senior Program Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Senior Program Analyst will serve as Schedule Architect and P6 Migration Lead, responsible for architecting the Primavera P6 environment, mapping legacy data into schedules, and coaching federal program managers on schedule adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Assess legacy data and produce a defensible mapping to the P6 environment, including designing enterprise architecture and developing standardized schedule templates
- Build and manage master schedules, maintain baselines, and analyze schedule data for critical path impacts and risks across multiple projects
- Coach federal program managers and staff on schedule interpretation, develop training materials, and produce reports on schedule status and variance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 8+ years of professional scheduling experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or lead level in multi-project portfolios
- Expert-level experience with Oracle Primavera P6, including EPS and WBS design, and demonstrated experience with data mapping and conversion
- Direct experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and knowledge of VA capital project lifecycle
- Proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint for schedule reporting and demonstrated training experience with non-scheduler audiences
