Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Foreign Military Sales for the Australian F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler Program, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage program management services, coordinate acquisition documentation, and apply analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives while working remotely during East Coast core business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide program management services and support for the F/A-18 air vehicle and related systems
• Generate and review acquisition and contractual documents to ensure compliance with program requirements and DoD regulations
• Track program status, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
• At least ten years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition
• A minimum of six years of recent work experience specific to Foreign Military Sales and Defense Security Assistance Programs
• Expert knowledge of relevant DoD forms and processes related to planning, programming, and budgeting
