Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Senior Program Analyst will serve as Schedule Architect and P6 Migration Lead, responsible for architecting the Primavera P6 environment, mapping legacy data into schedules, and facilitating adoption among federal program managers and field staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and map legacy data to the P6 environment, ensuring a defensible and documented transition
• Build and manage master schedules while maintaining schedule baselines and analyzing data for critical path impacts
• Coach federal program managers and staff on schedule interpretation and create training materials to support adoption

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 8+ years of professional scheduling experience in design and construction or capital infrastructure programs, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Expert-level experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, including multi-project master schedule administration
• Demonstrated experience converting milestone-based systems into logic-driven CPM schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project Web App for legacy data validation
