Senior Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise-level program management and strategic planning, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage programmatic risks, establish key performance indicators, and lead the development of long-range strategic plans in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop mitigation strategies for programmatic risks related to cost, schedule, and performance
- Establish and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness
- Lead the development of strategic plans, modernization initiatives, and technical refresh efforts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or related Department of Defense programs
- Experience managing programmatic risks and performance metrics involving cost, schedule, and performance objectives
- Experience supporting budget development and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Experience developing acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)
- Active security clearance required
