Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI), the full-time remote Senior Program Analyst will manage processes for measuring and reporting project impacts, oversee administrative databases, and apply implementation science to enhance program evaluation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute processes for measuring and reporting on the impacts of implementation science and quality improvement projects
• Manage administrative processes, including databases and information collection tools, to support oversight of funded projects
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to improve internal processes and support program-level decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public health, or data science
• 8+ years of experience in program management or analysis within a complex organization
• Working knowledge of implementation science and quality improvement theories and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, specifically Claude, in project management
• Proficiency in database management and data visualization tools, including REDCap and Excel
