Job Summary
Driving program success, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will develop program plans, evaluate performance, and coordinate stakeholder activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program plans, implementation roadmaps, and action trackers to support strategic objectives
- Evaluate program performance and risks, providing actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate inputs to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree may substitute for 3 years of experience; PhD may substitute for 7 years of experience)
- At least fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in program analysis, project management, or strategic planning
- Experience supporting FAA, aviation, transportation, or similarly complex federal technology programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop program plans and analyze risks and dependencies
- Strong writing and presentation skills, including experience with executive briefings
