Senior Program Control Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Program Management Teams in financial oversight, the full-time Senior Program Control Analyst will manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams to develop and update project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports
• Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and manage CostPoint project setup, ensuring compliance with financial obligations
• Monitor project expenditures for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support subcontractor cost management throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor, with FFP OTA experience preferred
• Experience managing Program Control teams
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint
• Strong MS Excel skills required
