Job Summary
Leading the delivery for a $3M+ portfolio, the full-time Senior Program Director will manage multiple delivery teams or a flagship enterprise program, ensuring timely and high-quality execution while fostering client relationships and overseeing team performance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery across the portfolio, ensuring plans are executed on time and to standard
- Manage portfolio margin by setting effort estimates and staffing according to budget
- Lead and develop Program Directors and team leads, making decisions on team assignments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in agency delivery, strategy, or client services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
