Senior Program Finance Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial leadership remotely, the full-time Senior Program Finance Manager will oversee grant-funded projects, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance while partnering with executive leadership and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and management for the organization's project and grant portfolio
- Provide financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal development to closeout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with grant agreements and improve financial performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project finance, financial planning and analysis, or grant administration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex grant-funded programs and financial forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial modeling, and nonprofit accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting tools
