Senior Program Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing the successful delivery of complex, large-scale programs, the full-time Senior Program Lead will manage end-to-end execution, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring contractual commitments are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of fixed-fee programs across multiple teams and geographies
• Manage program financials, including revenue forecasting, budget control, and overall profitability
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders to drive program success

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program and project management with a focus on large-scale, complex engagements
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar programs with distributed, cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, and risk management
• Demonstrated success in building executive-level client relationships within complex environments
• Technical background in Data Platforms & Engineering, Analytics & AI, or related technology domains
