Senior Program Lead

Job Summary

To support a national effort in advancing cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic health, the full-time Senior Program Lead will manage the CKM Health Initiative by translating strategies into actionable work plans, coordinating implementation across teams, and engaging stakeholders, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategies for the CKM Health Initiative, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build relationships to advance CKM priorities and drive implementation decisions
• Define and track metrics to evaluate the progress and impact of CKM Health Initiative activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public health, health care administration, or a related field
• Five years of experience in program development, management, or strategic initiative execution; seven years preferred
• Experience in supporting complex health initiatives, including planning, implementation, and reporting
• Ability to synthesize complex information and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in public health, health care, or nonprofit environments
