Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading high-complexity software implementations for tier-one banks and major financial institutions, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and mentor Project Managers within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead flagship engagements, managing complex, multi-workstream implementations simultaneously
• Ensure consistent and successful delivery by defining scope, requirements, staffing, and budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as the primary escalation point for executive client stakeholders, managing expectations and building durable relationships

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on large-scale software implementations for tier-one banks or major financial institutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations from the vendor/consulting side
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC and multiple implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
• Fluent in English; professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
