Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of enterprise data center customers onto an internal e-commerce platform, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end program delivery while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer onboarding and manage platform changes to ensure a seamless digital experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on platform updates and maintain program momentum through transparent communication
• Organize and host customer engagement events, building strong relationships and community connections

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or enterprise customer onboarding within technology services
• Highly assertive and self-motivated with a strong execution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to technical teams and senior leaders
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with enterprise server technology concepts and B2B e-commerce platforms
