Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery and relationship for a portfolio of customers, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end implementation planning, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation planning for new customers, creating phased project plans and realistic timelines
• Serve as the primary relationship owner, building trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders
• Identify and manage delivery risks, including organizational and interpersonal challenges, while ensuring effective stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services in enterprise software or healthcare technology
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level visibility
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to present plans or business reviews to C-suite stakeholders
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements and prioritizing across competing demands
