Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, oversee quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring transparency and alignment across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress to ensure timely handoffs and resolution of blockers
• Facilitate commitment-setting during quarterly planning and translate outputs into trackable milestones
• Maintain visibility into program capacity and manage the calendar to proactively address challenges

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or PMO leadership within a technology or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into actionable commitments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Familiarity with budget and resource tracking in a program management setting
• Background in professional services, consulting, or regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
