Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, oversee quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring visibility and accountability across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress against sequencing
• Facilitate commitment-setting during quarterly planning and document outcomes
• Maintain visibility into program capacity and manage the program's calendar

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or delivery management within a technology or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level reporting
• Background in professional services, consulting, or regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
• Strong program management fundamentals, including dependency mapping and risk management
