Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, run quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring transparency and accountability across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress against sequences to ensure smooth handoffs
• Gather functional inputs to facilitate commitment-setting during quarterly planning and document outcomes
• Maintain visibility into program resourcing and proactively address capacity challenges while overseeing recruitment processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
• Strong program and project management fundamentals, including dependency mapping and risk management
