Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving transformation in insurance technology, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will lead the execution of complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS programs, ensuring delivery excellence and client confidence while managing timelines, quality, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex SaaS delivery programs, ensuring commitments on timeline, quality, scope, and margin are met
- Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes, holding teams accountable for results and intervening early when outcomes drift
- Partner directly with client executives to align technology delivery with business strategy and oversee financial governance across programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services organizations
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M-$20M+) across multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations, including policy administration and claims
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, NetSuite, Jira, and modern delivery toolchains
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred
