Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Incentive Program GTM team, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own large, cross-functional programs from concept through activation, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive key program milestones end to end, ensuring deliverables and launches remain on track
- Build and maintain working relationships across engineering, data science, product, operations, sales, and legal partners
- Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral necessary for successful program activation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of project or program management experience, including managing multi-team projects from inception to completion
- Experience in a partner-facing or agency-facing program context for at least 3 years
- Fluency with AI tools in everyday delivery work for at least 1 year
- Strong operational background with a proven ability to improve efficiency across teams
