Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, oversee quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring alignment across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress against the sequencing of work
• Gather functional inputs for quarterly planning, translating commitments into trackable milestones
• Maintain visibility into program resourcing and manage the program's calendar to address capacity challenges

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology platform or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Comfortable managing budget and resource visibility
• Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or regulated industry preferred
