Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the rollout of an enterprise AI platform, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-team sequencing, oversee quarterly planning cycles, and track program resourcing while ensuring effective communication and reporting across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map dependencies across functions and monitor progress to ensure timely handoffs and resolution of blockers
• Facilitate quarterly planning cycles, translating commitments into trackable milestones and holding teams accountable
• Maintain visibility into program resources and capacity, addressing challenges proactively and overseeing recruitment processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology platform or product delivery context
• Proven experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into actionable commitments
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted executive-level reporting
• Background in professional services, consulting, or regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
• Strong fundamentals in program and project management, including dependency mapping and risk management
