Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning program management for complex, cross-functional software initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will drive execution from planning through release, collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and operations teams while focusing on AI-driven workflows and PMO governance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-team software initiatives, ensuring clear program plans and execution throughout the software development lifecycle
- Act as a senior bridge between engineering and product management, translating cross-functional challenges into actionable program plans
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to enhance PMO coordination and maintain a library of reusable prompts and templates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in technical program management on large, complex programs
- Demonstrated AI fluency at the Workflow Orchestrator level with experience designing multi-step AI workflows
- Hands-on experience with program management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project governance, including budgeting and compliance, and familiarity with fintech and cloud platforms is a plus
