Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Kestrel and FALCON efforts, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee program execution, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Program Manager for Kestrel and FALCON execution, performance, and delivery
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 12-16 personnel across software engineering, data science, and technical support functions
- Manage program financials, deliverables, schedules, risks, and customer-facing communications
Required qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with current DHS/CBP suitability
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in program management or related technical leadership roles
- Experience managing software, data science, or systems engineering programs
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
