Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive transformational programs end-to-end, the full-time Senior Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid or fully remote capacity, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and ensure measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, owning complex programs from problem definition through execution and adoption
• Shape strategy by partnering with senior leaders to define program goals and drive innovative solutions
• Build structured, scalable program frameworks that establish governance models, KPIs, and decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of deep program leadership experience in a SaaS or fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that materially impact business outcomes
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as lead-to-cash and product lifecycle
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance program execution and decision-making
